Frequently asked questions.
What is a workstream?
A workstream is one task that is actively being worked on. The other tasks wait in the queue, and you set the priorities. Finish one task — we take the next.
What happens if you fall ill or become unavailable?
The work does not live in one person's memory. Everything is in your repository and your accounts, every delivery comes with a specification and an architecture diagram, and the stack is standard with no proprietary frameworks, so any engineer can pick the project up. The contractor under the agreement is an organisation, not an individual, and it is entitled to bring in other specialists.
How long will my task take?
It depends on the task. We send an estimate with a timeline within a day of you describing the task, before work starts. We do not give blanket “in N days” promises: a lead-intake bot and rework of a large product are completely different in scope.
I'm not technical. Can we still work together?
Yes. Just describe the task in your own words: what is done by hand today, where time or money is lost. We handle the technical decisions and explain them in plain language.
Who owns the code?
You do. We work in your repository, your accounts and with your keys. If you cancel the subscription, everything stays with you, along with the documentation.
How does the €1,750 pilot work?
You pay for the pilot once, with no subscription. Over 15 days we complete one major agreed task with clear acceptance criteria. At the end you decide whether to continue on the subscription. If the task does not fit in 15 days, we clarify its scope at the estimate stage rather than stretch the deadline.
How do I cancel the subscription?
At any time. There is no minimum term. The paid period runs until the end of the month.
What about data and confidentiality?
Secrets and keys are stored in your accounts, our access is minimal and can be revoked at any time. We work in line with GDPR and sign an NDA.
What if the task is big?
We break it into stages and queue them in order. Each stage has its own result and acceptance criteria, so you see progress and can adjust the direction.
